call wg&a, sulpicio and tell them you have a rolling cargo for CDO, you will have to pay for freight, arrastre, ppa (origin) and arrastre, ppa (destination)

There are 3 major shipping companies that service Manila to Cagayan de Oro City route.

Superferry
Sulpicio Lines
Negros Navigation

By the way, WG&A (William, Gothong & Aboitiz) does not exist anymore. The company was dissolved years ago. The Aboitiz company still maintains ownership of Superferry. Gothong continued and became Gothong Southern and William Lines ceased to exist.

You need to present vehicle registration and other documents to prove vehicle ownership. Fees would depend on the type of vehicle. If it is a sedan, it would be cheaper compared to a van or SUV type. Just inquire from these shipping companies.
