The easiest and cheapest way to have a business website is through Yahoo! Merchant Solutions. It's relatively cheap ($40) per month, easy to design the site, has a shopping card option, and can be customized to your specific needs. The customer support team is always there to help you.

I think for fast results it is better to acquire the service of website creator and seo professionals who can set up the website fast for you so that you can concentrate all your effort only on business alone. That way you don't have to worry about managing your websites due to lack of experience.

There are lots of cheap places to start a website. Most websites (including a well known US university my former colleague worked at) copy and borrow designs and ideas from others. Try this until you have the earning capacity to hire a skilled designer.
