Default Scottish Law - if the consumer acts do not apply business to business what protection is there for small?

businesses against unfair contract terms etc? What legislation is there (if any) for small businesses to use when large businesses are unfairly enforcing a flawed contract - in this instance a rooky utility company. Any advice or help much appreciated.

The consumer act generally works on the people to the organization, not business to business. So if a small business is cheated by any big organization, they have to contact a consumer law firm.

Are you are thinking about the unfair contract terms? A legal consultation is important when a big business is forcing a small company to a flawed contract.

Do you want to know more about business against unfair contact terms? If yes, then you better start working on the legislation services now for use.
