Default health food problem help?

Right when I think I am doing okay and eating right I find out thats its wrong .How do you win???I have never had an overweight problem ever but I also dont like out food.I havent drank any corn syrup products for two years .I just realized that my homemade salads were bad for me because it had alot of vegetable oil .I was eating it everyday. Now I just found vegetable oil in my 100% whole grain fructos free bread.I tried following directions on an olive oil dressing but I think I am using the wrong olive oil because its nasty.I love olive oil too.I just heard that my homemade chicken soup had bad oils. How do you live.I am tryng soo hard.I dont want to loose any weight either .I used to be slighty underweightI want to add again .The last thing I ever want to do is loose any weight.I just need help figuring my foods out.HELP!!

Healthy Eating When You Have Digestive Problems. Many people eat too much processed food and sugar, and not enough fiber, fruits, and vegetables. Poor eating habits, such as eating too quickly or skipping meals, may also be part of the problem. Many digestive problems can be prevented by eating a healthy, balanced diet .
