I am inclined to agree with Phiba. But I must say that the question is badly worded. Which of the following elements should be included in the data the company's shares to close? Which company is a question referring to? The buyer or seller? That said, consider the possibility of are goods that are purchased fob destination, I think the point of view is that the buyer, so Phial is right. Buyer should not include products in the state capital. Inappropriate looked at in terms of sale and the seller, of course, the balance of goods. But if that's what the question was intended, it seemed, the items that were sold fob destination.

FOB destination indicates that the sale takes place when it arrives at its destination, the buyer's receiving. FOB destination in the scenario, the title passes to the buyer when the goods at the buyer at this stage to identify the supplier to sell and the buyer agrees to buy.
