Default Tips for buying pre construction condos

Are you going to relocate and thinking of getting a new pre construction condos? Well, then you are on the right track, as they are much better than the townhouse or the detached one. But, always remember to choose from the best condos in the area. Here are a few tips to look forward to before buying a condo.
Look over the unit’s drawings and specifications so you’re clear about the floor measurements.
Find out whether or not you can have changes made to the placement of walls, windows, doorways, and types of doors
Find out if there are plans to reduce the ceiling height anywhere in the unit to allow for ductwork and other mechanical and electrical services.
Check the future location of heating and air-conditioning equipment, ventilators and hot water heaters.
Check with the developer and municipality about construction plans in the neighboring area.
Be clear about what is and isn’t included in the purchase price so you can compare overall costs with other condominiums
Investigate whether there are any “hidden” costs.
Check if the unit comes with a new home warranty, which ensures that the building is properly constructed and meets legal regulations
Evaluate the current state of the construction project.
Consult with your lawyer before signing any documents.
