Default Help really needed.

Ok. so out of no where my moms monitor stops displaying the computer. So I first tried to use another monitor and that wasn't it it still did not shot no signal. So I was like dang its probably the gpu, I bought a brand new gpu and still no display showing up. I then bought a new PSU and still no display, everything powers up but no display at all the monitor just says no signal So I replaced the memory. Still no display. I am completely lost and have no idea what to do.
I'm new in this forum, I have worked with multiple firms.

Can someone please help me trouble shoot this.

Backgrounds make a whole lot of difference.

And if it's not flattering or attractive, With this software, you can get your impression of being somewhere else. All these without any hazy edges, pixel bleed or difference in image quality.
