There are so many ways to reduce the weight like yoga and exercises,avoid junk food,drink green tea. in these yoga and exercise such as cycling,swimming,walking and meditation these all are the best exercise to reduce the weight.

There are so many ways to reduce the weight like you can reduce your weight with exercise and foods some exercises are so good like swimming,walking and cycling,meditation to reduce the weight, you can also reduce the weight with some fruits like banana,apple etc.drink more and more water and also avoid junk food. these all are the best ways to reduce the weight.
